  • All orders are processed within 2–3 working days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing time may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 6–8 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather or regional restrictions.


3. Shipping Partners

We ship all orders through trusted courier services, including:

  • Bluedart

  • Delhivery

  • Xpressbees

  • Ecom Express

The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location to ensure the fastest service.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We offer free shipping on all Prepaid Orders, for all cash on delivery orders we charge Rs 99 as Cash on Delivery charges.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email.

  • You can track your order anytime using the tracking link provided or via the Track Order page on our website.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.


7. Incorrect Address / Contact Details

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.

  • Borbia is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • In case your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at borbiaofficial@gmail.com, and we will assist you promptly.


9. International Shipping

  • Currently, Borbia ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
