Return, Replacement & Refund Policy – Borbia

At Borbia, we strive to ensure that you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our detailed return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacement

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories are intact

⚠️ Note: Returns are only accepted if the request is raised within the specified time frame (see below).

2. Return / Replacement Window

  • You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

To initiate a request, email us at borbiaofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images/videos of the product (mandatory for verification)

  • Description of the issue

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Products purchased during clearance sale / special discount offers (unless defective)

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

4. Verification Process

  • Once your request is received, our team will review the details within 1–2 working days

  • We may ask for additional information if required

  • After approval, further instructions will be shared

5. Return Pickup

  • If reverse pickup is available in your area, we will arrange it

  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address (shared via email)

📌 Important:

  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

  • Borbia is not responsible for items lost or damaged during self-shipping

6. Replacement Policy

  • Once the returned product passes quality inspection, a replacement will be shipped

  • Replacement is subject to product availability

  • If the item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

a. Prepaid Orders

  • Refund will be initiated to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval

b. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

  • You may be asked to provide bank details

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank/payment provider

  • If the issue persists, email us and we’ll assist you
