1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacement
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

All original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories are intact

2. Return / Replacement Window

You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery

Requests made after this period may not be accepted

Clear images/videos of the product (mandatory for verification)

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Products purchased during clearance sale / special discount offers (unless defective)

Personal care or hygiene-related items (if applicable)
4. Verification Process

Once your request is received, our team will review the details within 1–2 working days

We may ask for additional information if required

After approval, further instructions will be shared
5. Return Pickup

If reverse pickup is available in your area, we will arrange it

If reverse pickup is not available, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address (shared via email)

The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

Borbia is not responsible for items lost or damaged during self-shipping
6. Replacement Policy

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, a replacement will be shipped

Replacement is subject to product availability

If the item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
a. Prepaid Orders

Refund will be initiated to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
b. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

You may be asked to provide bank details
8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
